Abstract

In neurologic intensive care unit, the management of newly onset fever are very difficult. Because many patients have intravascular devices, urinary catheter, and applying ventilator, health-care associated bacteremia, urinary treac infection, and hospital acquired pneumonia are frequently developed and then morbidity and mortality are also increased. Therefore, rational approach of hospital acquired infection and proper antibiotic choices are very important.
